Is there silence for resting?
The Camping site requires silence from 24h to 8h. Silence must be respected during that time. It is forbidden to switch on TV, radio or music devices, and people must talk at the lowest voice in meetings, always respecting the rest of campers.
In order to respect this timetable, between 24h and 8h, motor vehicles will not be able to travel around. There is a car park next to the entrance where you can park if you arrive after 24h or if you want to go out before 8h. However, although you park outside in order to respect the silence hours, you still have to pay the pertinent rate.
Do we keep personal goods?
Campsite prices do not include any element the client brings with him or her, so the Camping site does not take on responsibility for either any robbery that the client could suffer, or damages caused by fire, weather or other people.
Is there WiFi in the campsite?
Yes, there is. We have free WiFi in almost all the campsite.
It’s well connected?
It is perfectly connected, only 2km away from the Cantábrico highway and 1,5km away from the beautiful village of Pechón.
The camping site is located in Pechón, what is there in the village?
Pechón is a small village in Cantabria, located in Val de San Vicente council. This council is on the coastline, in the most western part of Cantabria, between Tina Menor and Tina Mayor estuaries, being the last one the limit between Cantabria and Asturias. The council is formed by 14 villages, whose city council is in Pesués, the central point of all of them.
The council has mountainous terrain. The smaller littoral mountain ranges, located between El Escudo range in Cabuérniga and the sea, define the territory. The shore is steep with cliffs and it is divided by the two estuaries, where the most western rivers of Cantabria run into, Deva River (Tina Mayor Estuary) and Nansa River (Tina Menor Estuary), which were originated by the floods in the lowest parts of the valley. Both estuaries create a landscape with lagoons so that the presence of the sea is notice some kilometers inside, like the Nansa River in Muñorrodero, or the Deva River in Molleda.
Is there private car park?
The car park is private so every camper who does not want to pay the required price for the vehicle he should bring it to another place.
Do we book?
We do not work with a booking system due to the big dimensions of the campsite. We are rarely fully booked.
Is there shadow?
Holm oaks, oaks and pines offer shadows as well as they make the space warmer. Some zones are fully exposed to the sun.
Will I have any problem when placing my caravan on the campsite?
No, you won’t. The campsite is very large and there is no problem for placing caravans, even in the most crowded periods.
It’s allowed to do barbecues?
They must be made with coal, nevero n the floor and always considering weather conditions. They’re not allowed if it’s windy. They’re allowed until 23:00 p.m.
